During lockdown we have given advice on how to tackle stains and if necessary we have gone into people's homes and businesses to deal with emergencies. For example for one older couple we cleaned up a substantial red wine stain on their cream carpet. This was something that just couldn't be left until after lockdown.
In recent weeks we've dealt with paint dropped down a flight of stairs, we've cleaned a Vet's premises and cleaned in a carehome.
We fully understand that you may not want us in your home during lockdown, but we will help you over the phone, and if necessary government guidelines do allow us to come into your home to clean your carpets and upholstery.
