Lichfield Cathedral will be transformed this summer as visitors are invited to take ‘One Small Step’ and walk on the moons surface inside the Cathedral in recognition of the anniversary of the Moon Landing.
For the first time, the charity will be welcoming innovative and creative people to take a role as youth advisers, charged with imagining an exciting programme of activities for younger audiences. Lichfield’s vibrant professional arts venue is looking for young people aged 13 – 20 to join its Youth Board.
Lichfield Arts’ Fuse Festival is back with a bang for 2019. The much-loved community music and arts festival will take place in Lichfield’s Beacon Park from 12th-14th July and once again it’s FREE to enter!
From tennis and trampolining, to basketball and park activities, there is lots on offer across Lichfield and Burntwood for children and young people this Easter holiday.
As Lent begins on Ash Wednesday 6th March, "Ashes to Go" is a practice that has developed over recent years whereby the invitation to share in the beginning of Lent is taken outside the church walls.
