I’m new to yoga and thought I would give it a try. I was made very welcome from the onset, given lots of information and help. The studio has a lovely warm, ambient atmosphere and it is spotlessly clean.
The yoga teachers are wonderful and take the time and care to help you through with lots of references to yoga types. It was reassuring to know that you don’t have to be a gymnast to attend classes! There are different poses you can adapt to your ability.
After attending a few sessions I feel more energetic, calm and relaxed. My body doesn’t ache as much and I sleep well.
I can highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to feel well, sleep well and improve their wellbeing. A wonderful experience and perfect for first time yoga!

Realy enjoyed the beginners class this afternoon. Such a warm, friendly yoga hub. The class was relaxed and well explained through each movement. Nobody was made to feel inadequate. Will be signing up this weekend for regular classes. 10/10 from me.

Attended my first class at the new studio in Burntwood this evening, having not been to a yoga class in about 6 months. Absolutely loved it! The studio is lovely, spacious but cosy at the same time, and amazingly quiet inside considering lots of cars coming and going outside so practice wasn’t disturbed at all. Kelsey was great, really took the time to give us all both easier and more challenging options for each pose, and checking that everyone was getting on ok (thank you Kelsey!) Class was pitched just right. Really enjoyed it and just sorted myself out with a class subscription! Would really recommend coming and trying the studio whether you’re a complete beginner or have lots of experience 🧘‍♀️

Attended a beginners class today as I haven't done any yoga for a few years. Really welcoming and knowledgeable in all areas of yoga and wellness. Looking forward to attending many more classes.

The yoga online classes through lockdown were a lifesaver.
I hadn’t done yoga in years and so it was wonderful to have such a brilliant and inclusive class. There was gentle encouragement from the Wellbeing and Wellness Coach and really helpful advice and support for the postures. It was great to hear from someone so knowledgeable and who was very reassuring and her explanation about how things should feel/not feel and what the purpose of the postures were was so useful. Highly recommend. Great to hear that a yoga studio is opening.

I can certainly recommend The Wellbeing and Wellness Coach.
Great yoga classes and also the one to one sessions.
Helped when I had a sports injury to make sure I didn’t do anything to make it worse and advised how to help the injury.
Can’t wait for the new Yoga studio in Burntwood to open.

I have been joining these classes on zoom for over a year now and they are great. No two classes are the same and there is a great atmosphere despite not being in a room together. Highly recommend you join, I feel really proud what I can do compared to a year ago. Nothing is too much trouble for Sue to answer and help with.

I've have never done anything like this before so was feeling a bit nervous...I didn't need to be, I felt so welcomed by Susan it put my mind at ease straight away. I felt no pressure to put my camera on, the choice was completely mine. Susan explained each yoga position, I found it really interesting to understand why each one was important and what impact it would have on my body. I used to practice yoga by using YouTube but more often than not found myself missing sessions because I was "too busy" Having these sessions on Zoom means I stick to a routine and can still practice in the comfort of my own home...I can keep the camera off, wear my pj's, do my yoga stretch with a lovely, friendly & knowledgeable instructor then grab a hot chocolate and head straight to bed for a blissful nights sleep. I’m still here one year on, thanks so much Susan :)

We all know a person or business that went the extra mile over the last 18 months, Sue Jackson the Wellbeing and Wellness Coach is certainly one. Her Zoom based yoga practice is open and inclusive of everyone whatever their ability and experience of yoga. Being able to practice regularly at home with Sue's support my physical and mental health has improved greatly. I'm really looking forward to in person classes soon. Take an hour out if your evening, you won't regret it and you can always turn off the camera if you don't want to share your efforts on screen!

I did yoga for the first time during lockdown, online with Susan. It has had a positive impact on my health & wellbeing.I look forward to two classes a week & can do more via the pre-recorded sessions on the online community if I want to. Susan always has time for you on a personal level & is a brilliant instructor, explaining every move. Online classes mean you never need to miss out, pop your iPad in your case & Susan comes with you. Excellent value for money too. Can’t recommend it enough.

This was my first time attending an online yoga class and I found it really enjoyable. It was well organised and delivered at a pace that was achievable. All the yoga positions were clearly explained and nothing was rushed so as a first timer as was able to follow the instructions. It certainly helped with stretching my legs and back after a day sat at my desk. I would highly recommend joining a class.

I love the zoom yoga sessions. Being taught by a professional in the comfort of your own home. I am a newcomer to yoga and really surprised how relaxing I find it. Each move and the benefits to you are clearly explained. The relaxation at the end of each session sets me up for a good nights sleep.
Looking forward to my next session.

One of the blessings of lockdown has been finding these sessions! The breathing and guided meditations really help get your brain out of the stress of the day. I love that you are given different options of poses, so you can challenge yourself when you fancy it or sit back if not.

Susan gently guides you through the yoga poses always mindful of individual’s limitations. Her lovely deep, clear voice leads you through the class to leave you relaxed, energised & positive. She also finds time for you on a personal level if there is anything you need to discuss. If you are a new comer to yoga as I am , I throughly recommend Susan’s classes.

Fantastic sessions. I’m concerned the Instructor may be a mind-reader as the ‘themes’ seem to link with exactly how I’m feeling at that time. Fun, not stuffy, endlessly beneficial. Work has meant I’ve had to take a short break and my body is not happy. Such a stress reliever, mood calmer. Cannot recommend highly enough.
