A team came to my father's property yesterday and I want to say how impressed I was with them all. They were a lovely group of young men, unfailingly cheerful and amiable despite the heat, polite but friendly. I did not hear them once moan or groan or swear. They talked to me not at me and they were professional and respectful with my father's belongings. I was dreading yesterday happening but they made it ok.

Fantastic service first to last - Excellent auctioneer - quick and decisive. Wonderful office staff , polite and effective. PACKAGING and postage superb using UPS . I use many auctions and usually purchase remotely - This one is a blueprint for some others to follow .

I've used quite a few auction houses in the last 18 months and can say by far Richard Wintertons are the best. The staff are accommodating especially as I'm a bit long in the tooth lol Would strongly recommend them.

I bought two lots At the recent Winterton auction and couldn't have been happier with the experience. I won my last lot around 1.30 and by 5 I was back in Nottingham having made a prearranged appointment to pick the stuff up. From the staff on reception through to the lads bringing the boxes out for loading they couldn't do enough to make sure everything went smoothly and safely and all with a happy disposition. I'm already looking forward to the next auction. Thank you very much. Ralph Sheridan.

First time I have used this auction house. I sell & purchase from around 30 plus auction rooms from around the country. Brilliant. Excellent service. Staff very courteous & helpful. Picked up items by arrangement - all went to plan. Of particular merit are the excellent descriptions & condition reports they give for each item. This really helps when using on-line bidding at auctions. I can appreciate the extra work this must entail - but I commend highly the practice. The descriptions were spot on. My thanks to all at the Auction House for making the purchasing of some wonderful items a real pleasure.
