Fantastic service, we asked Richard if he could clear our late uncles house and Marek and his colleagues were absolutely brilliant.
Nothing was to much trouble, all items were itemised for the auction and we were kept informed all through the procedure.

The customer service is top notch, the haulage guys that came to my house were prompt (early which was a bonus) very polite, chatty and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Always a pleasure to use Winterton's auction services. It's very easy to view the lots, and, if you're lucky (or determined...) enough to win them it's also very easy to sort out the payment side of the deal with the cheery professional office staff. Normally we can collect but we recently used their delivery team to courier some bulky items for us. The delivery guy was superb - very friendly and very efficient.

Really good experience picking up a large consignment of books, all rather heavy. Daniel was a great help but could use a new trolly. The auction house appears to be efficiently managed and we bought some great lots. Thanks, we will see you again soon.

I’ve known Richard for many many years, and I’ve always enjoyed the buzz of the sale room. The thrill of bidding and winning a ‘lot’! and more recently watching online and being there - but virtually. It’s come to pass that I’ve recently used his house clearance services. I was apprehensive, but absolutely nothing to worry about. Four strapping young men, very professional arrived on time and nothing was too much trouble. They made light work of what could have been an ‘ordeal’. Therefore I highly recommend Richard Winterton and all his staff.
