A housebuilder in Leicestershire is brewing up some fun by giving out free activity packs to families searching for their new home – and this is how you can grab yours.

Redrow Midlands is inviting house hunters to visit Wigston Meadows, on Seddon Road, between Thursday 29th and Saturday 31st October, from 9am-5.30pm to collect their spook-tacular freebie.

The activity packs for youngsters include Halloween themed crafts, colouring sheets, stickers, some tasty treats and toys.

Visitors will need to act fast as the packs are only available while stocks last. To get them before they vanish, house hunters will need to book an appointment with the sales team.

For house hunters keen to visit the development, the sales team will be on hand to provide tailored advice about the homes available and schemes that can help homebuyers move into their ideal property. This includes the part exchange scheme which takes the stress out of selling an existing property, leaving buyers to focus on choosing their dream home.

Joanne Watson, Sales Director for Redrow Midlands, said: “In the true spirit of Halloween, we're delighted to be ‘treating’ visiting families to free activity packs filled with fun crafts and sweets for youngsters to enjoy – but don’t worry there’s no tricks here!

“We’re proud to showcase all that Wigston Meadows has to offer, including our eco-electric homes, designed with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind to help keep homes warm and energy bills low, while providing all the comforts of modern living.

“We look forward to welcoming home buyers to explore our beautifully designed show homes, benefit from financial incentives and select home upgrades, pick up a free treat, and discover the joy of life at Redrow’s Wigston Meadows.”

Combining the charm of a small town with the convenience of having Leicester city centre on its doorstep, Wigston Meadows is roughly one mile to the centre of the market town of Wigston. The surrounding area has plenty of green space to explore, a selection of outstanding schools and great road links to the M1, M69 and A6 for commuters.
