We’ll be discussing how transport policy needs to consider the requirements of everyone, the need for greater investment in walking, cycling and public transport and the need to phase out the sale of new petrol, diesel and hybrid vehicles by 2030.
Greenpeace Leicester and other organisations in Leicester are currently campaigning for a Green Recovery, and for investment in greener, affordable, accessible public transport, and for more investment in walking and cycling infrastructure.
