wolfwood is a fantastic charity - one of the few animal charities to give staffies a chance. Stephen and his team do a great job and work all year round and deserve to be recognised as the best of Lancaster! The shop is also excellent with friendly and helpful staff and a great turnaround of stock. All in all a brilliant charity!

I love the charity shop in the bowerham area of lancaster. You can go and purcahse excellent items at a brilliant price and the great thing is it is all to help the wolfwood animal rescue center. I try and go once a week either to donate items and definitly buy somethin., Its a great area and the staff are extreamly friendly.
I organised a small BBQ at home for friends and the manager brought information and a board to show the animals which needed rehoming and information on all the ggreat work wolfwood do.
Its agreat business and a very worthwhile cause.

This is a fairly new charity and they do a wonderful job,i often go to the shop they have in lancaster and get good bargains the staff are ever so friendly nothing is to much trouble for them.I love going to have a rummage and knowing when i buy i am also helping the animals.thanks wolfwood staff dawn

Wolfwood rescues abandoned and unwanted dogs as well as wildlife.
They care for each animal as if they are their own. Homes are found for the dogs, but they ensure that the right home is found for the right dog. It is a 24/7 organisation, and they do it voluntarily but with joy & happily.

Wolfwood are brilliant, they take in sick and injured birds and wild animals, make them better and set them free again. Any that cant be released get a lifetime home at the sanctuary - utterly brilliant!
