Join a new, free poetry club delivered by the Southbank Centre and Poetic Unity that takes place in the National Poetry Library fortnightly on Tuesdays from 4.30pm to 7.30pm.
Young people will learn the fundamentals of poetry, develop their own writing style and voice, build confidence in performing and public speaking, and connect with a community of other young writers.
There will be opportunities to perform and showcase original work, with a final live performance celebrating everything the young people create and achieve.
No previous poetry experience is needed! Come as you are, bring your young people and discover what you can create through poetry.
The first session date is Tuesday 6th October.
