About Surbitonlaw LLP

The firm was established by Deepa Veneik, in 2005 as Deepa realized that there were few commercial firms of solicitors in Kingston, Surrey, and the South West London area offering a cost effective personal service to SME's. People starting a new business may be unfamiliar with the legal requirements of doing so, and may be concerned at having to pay large legal bills at the outset.

Surbitonlaw LLP provides:

  • Commercial Property Law services
  • Employment Law advice to both employers and employees
  • Business Law, including company law
  • IT Law advice
  • Residential Conveyancing and Equity Release
  • Intellectual Property advice
  • Public Procurement advice (Deepa Veneik has considerable local authority procurement experience)

Working closely with businesses in Kingston and the surrounding area, in particular with the services offered through fellow members of BNI. These include estate and letting agents, and other trusted suppliers of "home services" that are essential to give you peace of mind when moving home.

Deepa Veneik charges out at £220 per hour plus VAT for commercial work although fixed fees are always also possible. This does not include any disbursements (expenses) such as Land Registry fees that will also be charged for. Surbitonlaw LLP do not offer any conditional fees agreements. Where Surbitonlaw LLP can they will accommodate payment of their fees by instalments. Residential conveyancing is usually charged on a fixed fee basis.
