"We decided last year to do a little modernizing and asked Mark Tivey from North Norfolk Interiors to redesign two bathrooms and the kitchen. I decided that the house needed more bathrooms and that it would be a good idea to convert one of the bedrooms on the top floor into a fun bathroom.
Being in North Norfolk I wanted to stick to the seaside theme and asked Mark to create a nautical bathroom using natural materials.
And Wow did Mark deliver!
He created a fishing boat for the bath, the crest of a wave for the shower and a beach hut for the sink. Then the floor was tiled to represent the sea and the sand and must have taken the poor tiler an age to cut out and position.
Last, but not least, Mark installed fibre optics in the ceiling over the bath representing the constellations of the night sky which glow at night.
The effect is stunning, totally unique and, I must add, the envy of all my visitors! Mark had great fun letting his imagination run wild and the result is outstanding." - Georgina S.
