* Cream of Broccoli and Chestnut Soup.
* Melon Fruit Boats with Midori Shot.
* Hot and Cold Seafood Platter.
   (Mussels, Haddock, Prawns and Gravlax.)
* Sesame Chicken Breast with Chilli Sauce and Mint Yoghurt Dip.

Main Course:

* Pork en-croute with Apple and Cyder Sauce.
* Plaice Fillet with Sun-dried Tomato and Caper Mousse in White Wine Sauce.
* Traditional Roast Norfolk Turkey with Apricot Stuffing and Chipolata served with Rich Turkey Gravy.
All the above served with a selection of Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes.
* Escalope of Chicken filled with Smoked Bacon and Gruyere
* Cheese, Hand-cut Chips and Salad.
* Sirloin Steak with Peppercorn Sauce and Sauté Potatoes.
