Having experienced the poor service of a nearby BMW dealership, I have happily placed my BMW 318d and 118d in the care of Roy Thorne & Son for a couple of years now. There is no fawning or bluster here to cover incompetence and poor service, just honesty and skilled engineering.
Importantly, the mechanics take care to keep the interior of your pride and joy clean.
Finally, when they hand your car back, you will find the invoice relatively inexpensive, even though they use genuine BMW parts.
