A really lovely evening spent at the Woolpack 😁 it was a little busy with families - the food was excellent especially the roasts 😀 service was a little slow at times. Overall we will be visiting again soon 👍

Christmas day dinner review
First, we are always grateful for the staff giving up part of their Christmas day to serve. The staff were attentive and helpful
We've eaten Sunday roasts here a lot,so expectations were high
The main plate arrived and was disappointingly small with roast potatoes, Turkey and stuffing on the plate with strictly ONE chipolata pig in blanket per person
The veg was disappointing with just Brussels and braised cabbage. The Brussels could have been made special with pacetta
No carrots, broccoli nor parsnips, the dinner was smaller than the usual Sunday roast which normally has all these po plus Yorkshire puddings
Desert and the gifted mince pies were nice
