Jersey Zoo easily earns a full five stars. From the warm welcome at the pay desk to the cheery farewell at the gift shop, the day's visit was an absolute delight. The zoo is not just about the wonderful, well cared for animals but a real insight into the conservation and rewilding work that is undertaken worldwide. Appointed staff members are on hand to talk with visitors and help you learn more. You get a real sense that staff and volunteers really care.
The Dodo restaurant is super efficient and super friendly with excellent, good value food.
There is plenty of car and cycle parking space and buses call in on a regular basis.
All in all an excellent day out! And you can even become a year-round member and sponsor an animal of your choice.

This is the third time I have visited this zoo whilst on holiday in Jersey during the last six years. Didn't think it was as good as previous visits. Seems like there is less animals and not much interaction with animal keepers. Seemed very tired and could do with a spruce up.

A wonderful destination on a late summer's day. There's an opportunity to learn about the grapes and apples and the drinks they become. Any hunger and thirst are more than catered for in the excellent cafe and who can resist visiting the shop to buy some of the La Mare produce. This venue easily b earns it's five stars.
