Great food and grounds are lovely. I'd recommend building better customer service in the café. Tried to order brunch at 11.50 and told they stop serving at mid day and it's 'more or less' that time so order not taken and no apology offered.

Toll!!! Ich bin ja kein Fan vom Zoo, aber dieser ist unglaublich. Tolle Anlage es wird nichts an Grünzeug rausgeschnitten. Am meisten beeindruckt haben mich die Gorillas und das Schmetterlingshaus ist faszinierend. Die 18 Pounds Eintritt ist das allemal wert weil hier die Tiere so artgerecht wie möglich gehalten werden. In keinem Zoo kommt man so nah an die Tiere ohne das Gefühl zu haben diese zu stören.

Lots of fun for the kids and very interesting. They could label all the tree's around the zoo and the staff in the canteen cafe could be abit more friendlier. A great day out otherwise. Oh and could the aardvark get a friend?
