The best example of zoological conservation collections I have ever been to. All other animal collections pail into insignificance after you have visited this one!
Beasts have wonderful enclosures built to mimic their natural habitats and are clean and look happy. As it should be, the staff are welcoming, friendly, approachable, enthusiastic and informative. Hats off to Gerald Durrell for leaving the world such a wonderful legacy. Listening to the talks are eye opening and informative and feeding time is a must.
Toilet and other facilities are good. I recommend that you aim to spend a full day here just so you can see everything.

I love Jersey Zoo but am finding it harder as I age as it's quite hilly I am registered disabled so some parts were heavy going for me.
