Thank you Carole for giving us such an entertaining and hugely informative tour today. We had a terrific time, met some lovely people and to top it off, drank our Jersey Gin (absolutely delicious) in the most beautiful, sun filled garden. As a tourist destination, La Mare is an absolute must.

The tour has been the highlight of our holiday, Carol was a fabulous guide and explained the workings of the vineyards throughout the year and the seasons. I really have gained an appreciation of the work and effort that goes in to producing the fabulous wine, the videos during the tour were full of heart and soul by the MD and almost left a lump in my throat when I saw the joy, passion and enthusiasm he has for the product! The vineyard it self is beautiful, the gardens are immaculately kept, the cafe is well appointed and the shop was just lovely. We purchased several items and all are very reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending a visit here, you won’t be disappointed!
