It's a shame we went there during the winter because we feel we missed like 1/4 of the exhibits but the otters, tortoises, and fearless butterflies made it all worthy.

This was kind of a pilgrimage for me having been an avid reader of Gerry Durrell as a child, so being at the place he created was wonderful, even the weather was good. The animals were obliging in their making appearances and my son and I have a memory to share for years to come. It was worth making the trip.I will endeavour to visit again.
