I had a pleasant stay for a week in May: I would thoroughly recommend one of the "supreme" suites; the air-con was very welcome, plenty of storage space (inc a safe) and walk-in showers are easier to use. Being a about a mile from the town centre, the surroundings are relatively quiet.

The breakfasts were very generous; either a cooked breakfast, or choice of cereals and croissant. I ate nearly all my evening meals there, which were high quality. (Please note that that there are no evening meals served on a Tuesday, if you're planning to stay here)

On the whole staff here were helpful and friendly-- Jason on Reception was a star. When I am next in Jersey, I will definitely stay at The Inn again.

We have recently been advised by friends that The Inn have a new Kenyan chef so we thought we would give it a try and we weren’t disappointed. From the welcome on arrival to the 3 course meal we enjoyed, everything was spot on. We had Tempura Prawns, and vegetable fritters for starters followed by the most amazing beef and prawn Espetada and a chicken curry and for dessert sticky toffee pudding and cheesecake. The presentation was first class and the flavours of the food outstanding. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed some lovely flavoured Gins and they had a good range of wine. I would recommend this restaurant and we look forward to returning.

We stayed for three nights and could not have been happier with the facilities, reception, location and hospitality. Upon our arrival the reception was warm and welcoming.
Room - We booked a Superior Double room which had all neccesities to fill our requirements and expectations. The bed was really comfortable with a quality mattress and bedding. The room came with all the lighting you would need...main,sides and reading. The bathroom contained a spacious corner bath with a powerful shower.
Bar - this was a great facilitated, comfortable place that was well occupied, providing you with all the refreshments and snacks that you could ask for and with the option of overflowing from the restaurant and eating your chosen meal within. The Staff were friendly, courteous and displayed the skills to maintain and manage a well run establishment. The bar is kept open until the last guest leaves. 24hr bar if you want it.
Restaurant - This was a great eaterie that provided you with an extensive Al A Carte menu that tasted great and presented fantastically. Great Chefs provided us with beautiful quality food that we couldn't get enough of. We only stayed 3 nights, but ate in the restaurant twice. The restaurant, listed with 4 stars certainly lived up them.
Staff - All the staff were polite, courteous and characterful, providing our stayed to be an enhanced experience.
Location - a 10/15min walk into the hub of St Helier with sufficient access to public transport and taxis.
Our overall experience of The Inn was fantastic and we would highly recommend this as a place to stay. We could not find fault and are really grateful that they provided us with a successful and satisfied mini honeymoon. We will be going back in future visits.

Had a nice time, room very clean although the beds were a little small (my husband is 6ft 4) and therefore it was quite snug. Could hear the road quite a bit from our room early in the morning, which was a shame. Food was very good, we ate here for dinner one evening, compliments to the chef..English breakfast also good.. nice touch with the bottles of complimentary water in the rooms. It was a 15 minute walk into town from here which was no problem.

A lovely hotel, the food is absolutely amazing! Can not recommend it enough. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Thank you to all the staff. Especially Phil and Bernard (who has a fantastic smile!) Very professional.
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from St Helier centre or there are plenty of regular buses.

To many locals use it to watch sky/bt sport when games are on. Good luck if you don't support ManU.

The hotel is well located just outside the centre of St Helier; about a 20 minute walk from the bus station....and the buses are amazing for getting around. My room was adequate; a genuine single but the bed wide enough and comfortable. The downside was the road noise; not so bad at the weekend as it started later. Having said that there was complimentary water, lovely white fluffy towels and flannel changed every day....and a proper hairdryer. The breakfast was 5 * for choice and quality. The bar area was comfortable and I was very happy reading there on my own. The staff were friendly and efficient. We stayed for 4 nights and the hotel suited our requirements.

Its a bit far off from the main town center but Jersey isn't that big and there are many buses etc if you are not driving . Tiny rooms. Lot of good restaurants and bars around. decent breakfast. Ok Ok bar. Nothing exceptional about it.

Another enjoyable stay at The Inn, St Helier. It was pleasing to see that the hotel’s high standards have been maintained. We encountered some new and familiar faces amongst the staff and they were all welcoming and friendly and put guests at their ease. I would give the daily housekeeping, and general cleanliness throughout the public areas of the hotel, top marks. The breakfast menu was very comprehensive and set us up for the day. We also dined at the hotel on a number of occasions and the food was well presented and of a good standard. We look forward to returning in the near future.

We stayed at the hotel this weekend and everything was so well organised by the hotel, including our flight bookings. On arrival at the hotel, we were met by some very friendly reception staff. Our rooms were immaculate and clean and the children loved having the penthouse suite to themselves! The breakfast was lovely and well organised and again all of the staff were so polite and helpful. The walk to the hotel is only 15/20 minutes from the town so easy to get to. We loved our stay and will definitely be back to visit and again. Couldn’t fault the hotel in any way.

The hotel is situated just 10 minutes walk to the centre of st Helier. Really good ambience in the bar and great food in the restaurant…..choice of breakfast options are amazing. Rooms are spotless and have everything you need….fluffy towels and great shower, tea & coffee making facilities….attention to detail is obvious. Really good value ….but best of all are the staff…faultless…..well done Martin& Alla!

Great value hotel, albeit on a busy road. Friendly reception, decent rooms and really good breakfast (even if a struggle to find any butter and tea/coffee is self-service). Only downside is the very small car park, made smaller by builders/tradesmen using it during the day, and very limited on-street parking nearby so watch out not to get caught by residents only spaces.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and from the moment we checked in with Jason everyone of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was excellent plenty of choice the waitress who served us the 3 days was great. We didn’t manage to book dinner as the Sunday was fully booked for Mother’s Day. We did have drinks a few times and the bar area always seemed busy. If we had any fault the room was on the small side but it did have everything you need. Would definitely use if back in Jersey.

If you like cleanliness, comfort, good food, excellent array of gin and friendly staff then this is the place to be!

The team at The Inn are just incredibly nice people who cannot do enough to help. I am leaving having made some friends and will always stay here when I come to Jersey.

We arrived on my birthday, and there was a beautifully written birthday card in our suite; it felt personal rather than just a marketing ploy.

The people here are genuine, and even if the building itself was rubbish I would come back just to be with the staff.

The menu is lovely, the bar is atmospheric, the Jersey gin is excellent! We are delighted with our choice to stay here.

I stayed here this week and just wanted to thank all the staff for there warm friendly service. From arrival to departure the hotel is full of smiles and is a very chilled place to stay . My room ( 202 ) was very comfortable, lovely en suite and nice and quiet. Shout out to Martin and his crew. In the words of Arnie, ‘I’ll be back ‘

I ate here this week, the decor, the front of house, the bar and finally the food ….. I really have nothing bad to say about any of the above. These guys have created a cool chilled vibe that was perfect for a relaxing evening. The food was obviously cooked by a kitchen that cares, knows what they are doing and is delivered to the table by friendly knowledgeable staff… there isn’t much more you could want from a restaurant….

We arrived and were greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful staff member who checked us in early and directed us to our room. We have a standard double room with a courtyard view. Our bed is huge and comfy, and there are plenty of extra amenities in the room we weren't expecting, such as tea and coffee, still & sparkling water with a few bathroom grooming bits along with a fan and TV with plenty of storage space. We returned to the hotel after a day out exploring and enjoyed a beer in the bar, which had a lovely atmosphere and very smart looking staff. We were allowed to bring back our beers to our room to finish off.
Breakfast, well what can I say WOW! Nice big continental selection of meats, cheese and some delicious local yoghurts (Try the lemon curd one you won't be disappointed!) There were also four types of juice with tea and coffee! We then had our order taken for a hot breakfast from a very generous menu! As a flight attendant I see breakfasts all across the world and this was 5 Star!
As a final note we are members of the LGBT community, and we have been welcome and comfortable in this accommodation with every member of staff we have crossed paths with being authentic, kind and conversational, which is all you could want.

The only thing I could pick at is I'm missing a small fridge in the room but I don't expect this at all and I'm sure the kind and courteous staff would provide ice or to chill something for us if we needed it.

Thanks for a lovely stay. We will 100% return next time possibly treating ourselves to a sea view.

We stopped at the inn boutique for 4 nights in March from the 15th to the 19th . The hotel and the rooms where very clean and spacious. It was a bit out from the town centre to walk because we had my mother and father in law and friends who struggled up the hill that the hotel is on . Breakfast was very nice with a good choice and variety. We had a evening meal there and it was very nice and served hot and very quick after ordering . The staff where very friendly and helpful . Especially our waitress in the morning at breakfast (Paula) she went above and beyond for us . The only down side I had to this hotel was the road noice . We where in rooms 106,107’and 108. Avoid these rooms if you like a lye in as the traffic is noisy from 6 in the morning. All in all a nice hotel and good staff .

This hotel was clean, tidy, good location and very friendly staff.
It wasn't spectacular and didnt blow me away as a hotel, but would be perfect as a place to base yourself for a few days. Breakfast was tasty.
I felt this is a good place to stay if you want "cheap and cheerful"
