It as a very peaceful and quiet hotel.
It was close to everything, town, all banks at my reach. Close to the isolation centre at the harbour. The premises was clean and will recommend it to anyone coming for the first time or returning to Jersey.

Hotel is spotlessly clean and the service is fantastic. I have stayed a couple of times before and would not hesitate to book again.
The room service was great, the menu is slightly limited but more than enough choice for a couple of nights.

First Fish and chips on menu but when asked told the chips where French fries. Not what you expect from a 4 star Hotel
So we ordered Rib Eye steak with pepper sauce the steak had quiet a bit of fat in the weight which I would have thought the chief would have seen when cooking the pepper sauce was very strong and over powering . The cost of a large glass of wine was nearly £9 . The cookee dough dessert was the best part of the meal . Breakfast the next morning was luckily a lot better I have the full vegetarian breakfast and enjoyed it my husband had poached eggs on toast .

Fantastic hotel in the centre of St Helier we live locally but wanted a treat for our anniversary. Hotel is in a great location, we had a room with harbour views, hotel is spotlessly clean , great amenities and great value for money we had dinner on the cafe bar, again food was delicious. My first visit back to my Mother's home- town since the 80’s and a first stay at the Pomme D'or hotel, where my Great Uncle worked as a chef for many years. It was simply delightful. Maria on reception was just brilliant making sure our long weekend break went without a hitch even printing off our boarding passes before we left. Always there it seemed and always smiling she epitomised the way everyone there looked after you. The breakfasts were the best I have been served in our many years of travelling and eating out. The service in the Harbour room was attentive and friendly as if you were visiting old friends - but always professional - nothing was too much to ask for despite the COVID challenges. and the location of course is ideal for the harbour, beach, restaurants and shops, we’ll be back!

Attending a meeting. Excellent customer service from the staff on reception. Unable to take my own cushion due to CovI'd restrictions so I was supplied with two comfortable cushions for my spine. Room temperature was spot on and wonderful social distancing and appropriate track and trace. Thank You

The staff really are a credit to the hotel, they helped me at a moment's notice. Room service was faster than any hotel I've stayed in before. The room was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay. If I come back to Jersey I will definitely stay again

Everything from check in to checking out was great. We upgraded to a marine view room and glad we did. Room 339.
Staff were very helpful. Food, drink and service in the Cafe Bar and breakfast in the harbour restaurant, couldn't fault.
Our room was of high standard. Shower was powerful, with White Company products in the bathroom.
The location was great. Right on Liberation Square. Very close to everything.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

We wanted to stay at the Pomme D'or hotel for our honeymoon due to its history during the WWII occupation of Jersey, its reputation and the harbour location. It is definitely 4* status. The facilities, décor, maintenance and upkeep is first rate. great staff who were very helpful during our stay. Dining facilities were limited due to the Covid situation which was a shame, but we had a fabulous week.

Famous Jersey hotel with links to the Jersey occupation by Germany in WWII. It is a 4* hotel and deservedly so. We had a fabulous honeymoon there.
