• Why "fake it till you make it" exhausts you, and what to do instead.
• The difference between performing confidence and acting from a decided identity.
• How confidence gets undermined, particularly for women of colour (microaggressions, being the "first" or "only", extra scrutiny).
• How to distinguish self doubt from intuition and useful caution.
• How to think critically about advice, AI output and your own internal narratives.
• How to build a way of working that allows you to keep showing up without burning out.

What you'll leave with:

• A named Founder Pause Pattern, the specific way you stop yourself right before it matters.
• A Reclaimed Story Statement, the story you're dropping and the one you're choosing instead.
• A Thought Discernment Map, a simple tool to interrogate thoughts like "I'm not ready" or "People will think I'm trying too hard."
• A Personalised Founder System: one weekly visibility action, one revenue action, one relationship action, one recovery practice, and one boundary that protects the system.
• A 48 hour reset action you commit to completing immediately after the workshop.

Format: This is not a lecture. You will write, speak, question and make decisions throughout the session. The room is designed to be psychologically safe, practical, and deeply honest.
