The Cally Market in Islington came back last Saturday after a short break over Christmas.
I didn't manage to make it down but heard it was great with everything from hemp chocolate to all types of freshly baker bread. I plan on popping down on Saturday to try out some of the goodies on offer as I can't really resist a good market on a Saturday morning or maybe afternoon if I pop out for a quiet drink on Friday :)
Anyway I just thought I'd remind everyone of this great little market. Islington is fast becoming one of the best boroughs in London for markets and The Cally market doesn't disappoint.
I hope you'll pop down and support your local market as it really does help make the area feel like a community and gives you the chance to sample great goods that you wouldn't normally get on Caledonian Road.
