I have personally experienced the high demand in the employment industry, There is nothing worse than wanting to wake up every morning and go to work and not be able too!
So this is my story, nothing fancy or special, just a simple baking failure and the drive to better my skills!
One evening in January 2012 my partner and I decided that the coming weekend we were going to try our hand at baking! So Saturday afternoon came and I was keen as ever to start baking.
All was easy, how can it not be you have a straight forward set of instructions to follow and ready made cake mix!
The cupcakes were ready to come out and it's fair to say that they were in no form cupcakes! So there it was, an epic fail on our attempt at baking.
I had to try again, I just couldn't settle for the flat-out fail. I began researching recipes and photos & so began my passion for cake making & decorating.
One Year on and I occasionally hold a cake stall in Camden market and create bespoke Cakes from home, My passion for cakes grows everyday and I aspire to one day own a shop in Islington.
