Max Wildwood is celebrating the release of his debut album, Best Thing Ever, a collection of 10 original songs that showcases his versatility as a musician and songwriter. Expect a mix of upbeat pop, thoughtful ballads, quirky comedy songs and instrumental pieces, all brought together by his distinctive storytelling and playful sense of humour.
And there are plenty of stories to tell! Max has a knack for turning life's mishaps, romantic disasters and downright bizarre experiences into songs. His single Dumped on Facebook is a prime example, transforming a rather modern heartbreak into a memorable musical tale. His title track, Best Thing Ever, takes inspiration from a real-life tale of love at first sight — with a characteristically unpredictable twist!
Now, with Best Thing Ever taking centre stage, Max is setting out on tour — and Manningtree gets to host the opening night!
The Red Lion is the place to be on Friday 20th November for an evening of live music, sharp songwriting, infectious energy and plenty of laughs along the way.
Tickets are just £15, with general admission.
