I have bought guitars, foot pedals, strings etc from East Coast Music for over 15 years.
Their prices have always been competitive but that's not the main reason I have for dealing with them.
I would never risk buying a guitar on the net because even same models vary and you have to try the actual guitar you are going to buy.
Any queries or adjustments are dealt with and they know their stuff. To be able to talk to someone about an adjustment problem etc is crucial.
Use it or lose it. For me its a need not a want.
Fantastic music store. All staff are helpful and knowledgable. Anything you need to know just ask. They always take the time to explain and give assistance.
Now I have found East Coast Music I dont need to find another music shop ....ever.
It is so refreshing to find a business today which cares for its customers with courtesy, humour and that old fashioned thing called Service !
I have absolutely no hesitation in saying to any prospective customer that if you want these, in abundance, go to East Coast Music, you won't be disappointed.
Thank you everyone at the shop, it really is a pleasure doing business with you.
East Coast Music has friendly, helpful staff that know everything you need to know. They have great service and excellent music tuition. They have a great array of music dvds, music books, sheet music and music intruments. I go there after college just to talk to the great, funny staff.
East Coast Music is a great shop. My wife bought me a guitar for my 65th birthday last year, not having a clue about guitar buying she had to be guided by the sales staff. They were most helpful and after showing her several guitars recommended that she buy a second-hand one, complete with amplifier, case, etc. at a very reasonable price.
It turned out to be a great buy and is an excellent guitar. Another shop may have taken advantage of her lack of knowledge and sold her an expensive model that was inappropriate.
Subsequently I booked guitar lessons in the shop and I'm being taught by the excellent Rob Fricker who has a great musical background. He has endless patience which is fortunate for a slow old git like me.
Staff are always very friendly and have all the time in the world for you.
The guys at East Coast Music are some of the most helpful and nicest guys to talk to to find out information on ANY level of music.
they've had my guitar in a few times and I've been 120% satisfied with the work done on it, and also they have given me the best advice on how to start my own band up, which I am now currently working on with some friends.
I am looking forward to having a long lasting friendship with the guys at East Coast, and not to mention I am also looking forward to buying my future guitars from them.
East Coast Music is a great resource for instruments and musical tools, especially guitars.
They give good solid advice when it comes to maintaining your instrument and how to play it.
If they do not have something in the shop that you're after, they will order it in for you.
I would recommend this shop to those that are already experienced within music, or are only just beginning.
