  • Sunday 14th June 11:00am until 1:00pm
A little bit of nature’s photography and a whole lot of botanical beauty! Join us for a hands-on cyanotype workshop inspired by nature, where you’ll create your own beautifully blue postcards using this historic photographic printmaking process.

With artist and author Chelsea Barton as your guide, you’ll learn the brief history of cyanotype, how the process works, and how to capture delicate natural details using watercolour paper, a light-sensitive solution, and UV light — no camera required

This workshop is welcoming to all skill levels, with easy, approachable techniques that make cyanotype both relaxing and rewarding for beginners and experienced makers alike.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with at least three finished postcards to keep, gift, or send. If inspiration strikes and time allows, you’re welcome to make even more during the workshop.
