At Hitchin Aikido Club we teach the Ki Aikido of the Ki Federation of Great Britain. You do not need to be physically fit or strong and we have pensioners, youngsters and people with disabilities in our organisation. Our intention is to unlock our inner strength, by performing movements and mental exercises that help us overcome our own weaknesses and help us deal with the difficult situations we face in our daily lives. Club now practices on Wednesday evenings 7.45 to 9.45pm at the Hitchin Boys School Sports Centre.
