The Hitchin Counselling Service offers free and confidential counselling to individuals over 18 living in Hitchin and the surrounding villages
Hitchin Counselling Service came together through the combined efforts and ideals of a group of experienced counsellors and psychotherapists based in Hitchin. They decided to give their time to a counselling service which would be free to its users but would maintain the highest professional standards. HCS began in December 1993 and has worked with about 40 clients a year since then.
