We offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you. You don’t have to be suicidal.
Anyone can contact Samaritans. Whatever you’re going through, call us free any time from any phone on 116 123 (this number is FREE to call and will not appear on your phone bill), email firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit www.samaritans.org to find details of your nearest branch.
Samaritans responds to more than 5.7 million calls for help a year. It’s the public’s kind donations and more than 20,000 trained volunteers that means Samaritans is always there for anyone struggling to cope.
More information on the local branch, including details on how to volunteer with us or make a donation to the branch, can be found at www.samaritans.org/hitchin
