Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Complex to open in July 2010
Hillingdon Council have announced that residents will be the first to try the new complex in Hayes from the 1st June, with the official opening date on 8th July.
Hillingdon Residents will have exclusive access to the Sports complex for one month. An investment of £20.2m has been put into the building with additional £300k from the Football Foundation operator GLL going towards the all-weather football pitches.
It has been a building project for just over two years which features a gymnasium, 25m pool, gym with 100 stations with a sports hall and cafe.
Hillingdon residents can enjoy 10% reduction on prices with the Hillingdon First card.
A brand new library has also been built which will open in July and will be a modern learning and knowledge centre with new Apple Mac computers and a Starbucks.
