Boris Johnson officially opens Hillingdon Sports Complex today Tuesday 23rd March
The Mayor of London cut the ribbon today after a successful 4 years of renovation and construction of Hillingdon Sports Complex.
Hillingdon hosts London's only Olympic sized swimming pool to be built in almost 5 decades!! Boris Johnson was said to be 'thrilled' to be the one to unveil the swimming pool in Hillingdon today.
It cost £31million to build the sports complex in Hillingdon over the last four years.
As previously 'blogged' the complex the complex host a 50m pool among other sports facilities. a 100 station gym, dance studios, multi use sports hall, sauna and steam rooms and a cafe.
