Palliative Care & Lymphoedema Clinic.
South Bucks Hospice aims to provide a wide range of services free of charge to people with incurable illnesses, lymphoedema sufferers and those with chronic illnesses.
The provision of a hospice and clinic will help with pain and symptom control, provide expert palliative and clinical nursing care, and emotional and practical support.
This includes the provision of a personal counselling service to both the patient as well as to those supporting them, such as family and friends. We aim to provide the best possible quality of life and care wherever possible at the early, mid or late term stage of the end of life.
