A relaxed amble to enjoy spring butterflies. Target Species: Adonis Blue and other downland species.
Join us for a trip to the Yoesden Bank BBOWT Nature Reserve: situated in the Radnage Valley amongst the beautiful Chiltern Landscape. The reserve is in a steep valley supporting wildlife-rich grassland and topped by Beech ‘Hanger’ Woodland.
We will explore the steep slopes of one of the ‘jewels’ of the Chilterns National Landscape looking for spring butterflies and day-flying moths. Target species: Adonis Blue and other spring chalk downland species.
You are welcome to bring a picnic and chat about all things butterfly, moth and conservation, over lunchtime.
