The Gym is located just off the A40 London Road, near junction 3 of the M40. From the A40 at the roundabout turn on to the A4094 towards Sainsburys Homebase and Dreams superstore. At the mini roundabout turn right onto Boundary Road. At the next mini roundabout turn left towards Flackwell Heath. Turn immediately left into Treadaway Technical Centre before you pass under the motorway. The Gym is the last building on the right. Parking is at the front or round the back.
