The brand new Wycombe Leisure Centre is a great location for self protection classes in Shotokan Karate. Trainees benefit from a large designated car park, male and female changing and showering facilities, and an area where people coming straight from work can relax before training, or wait and watch while a self defence or fitness orientated karate class is being held.
