I have been using Knight PM services for about 4 years to rent out my flat in UK. I came across Knight PM as I was frustrated with other letting and managing agencies. I was not disappointed with my decision. In our first meeting, David and Jan carefully asked all requirements and provided options of various packages to choose from. The process went very smoothly till the tenant moved in. I was kept well informed of the progress too. Since 4 years on all occasions of management, start of tenancy and end of tenancy, David and Jan are handling things exceptionally well. As an overseas landlord, not once I felt that I need to step in as David and Jan provides very valuable advice and solutions. Never received an urgent call or complaint from tenants as David and Jan takes care of everything in first place. I am really happy with Knight PM services and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Knight Property Management take the worry out of renting a property out. They offer a full service and are completely trustworthy. Having used other companies in the past they don’t compare to the level of detail that Knight Property Management go to. It is such a relief to know that my property is being looked after and I don’t need to worry about it.
