Henley Town & Visitors Regatta has received a record number of entries for this year's event, with 239 crews set to race on Saturday (3rd August)

Just a short walk from the Regatta course our bestofhenley members are getting into the spirit of the Henley Royal Regatta.
Henley Royal Regatta is undoubtedly the best known regatta in the world and it holds a unique place in the respect and affection of all oarsmen – both active and retired. Founded in 1839, it is famous both as a great sporting occasion and as a social event. People come from all over the world to attend, either as competitors or as spectators.

With Christmas and 2013 fast approaching Henley CC’s coaching partner, Performance Cricket, have a bumper package of cricket coaching courses on offer to help your children burn off any festive excesses and energy. The winter period is an incredibly important time for the development of young cricketers. It allows young cricketers to focus on skill development, make necessary changes to their game without the pressure of matches as well as improving on fitness elements. So whether your children are just learning the game or are preparing for district or county programmes our winter coaching will help to take you to the next level and will help you work towards achieving your goals
‘The Friends of Henley Town FC Bonus Ball Lottery’ is raising funds to help the Town’s Football Club which was formed in 1871 and exists almost entirely on fund raising and sponsorship. The Lottery was started in February 2010 and although it has only ever managed to fill around 60% of the 49 numbers available the Lottery has made over £5000 for the club funds and paid out a similar amount in prize money to members. The winning Number is the National Lotto Bonus Ball drawn on BBC Television every Saturday evening. The Lottery costs £10 per month which is less than £2.31 per week.
