Volunteer drivers, using their own vehicles, transport passengers to medical appointments, visits friends/relatives or other such journeys.
The service is available for those who find it difficult to use public transport.
Journey charges are usually calculated at a maximum of 42p per mile, from the drivers home, for every mile that they do on your behalf. There is a minimum charge of £3.15. There is no need to pay the driver directly, all journeys will be invoiced the following month. No membership is required.
