Haverhill Rovers Football Club has a long history in the town. It was established in 1886 and has played in various regional leagues over the years.

• Football
Haverhill Rovers Football Club is an FA Chartered standard community club. We offer football to all ages, genders and abilities in the local community. Haverhill Rovers Football Club senior side currently plays at Step 5 of the national leagues system in the Eastern Counties League Premier Division.

• Football clubs
Haverhill Rovers FC has a range of clubs on offer for children and adults within the community. All coaches at Haverhill Rovers are FA qualified and have been through enhanced CRB checks. We run 24 youth teams and our most popular club is the Saturday morning Mini Soccer Development School. This is a turn up and play session running from 10.30am until midday. The cost per session is £2 and you can come and play from the age of 4 years old, the School acts as a feeder into our club teams.

• Community Organisations
Haverhill Rovers FC is the main user of the Haverhill Community Sports Association facility. This is a new £2 million facility located next door to Samuel Ward Academy. The Haverhill Community Sports Association offers rooms for hire and hosts many parties and functions. Local groups and organisations such as Slimming World, Zumba, Weight Watchers, Darts, Jo Jingles Baby Group all use this community facility.

• Youth clubs and Community groups
Haverhill Rovers FC has many key partners in its delivery around the local community. We host groups for youths to participate both in a fun and competitive football environment. We also work in partnership with local and regional groups, such as Abbeycroft Leisure, Suffolk FA, Ipswich Town FC and Haverhill Community Sports Association, in the delivery of the player development centres which offers football to all in the community. We have groups for boys, girls and children with disabilities.
