We were lucky enough to get married at this venue in August and had the best day. The venue is beautiful, we were able to have the day just as we envisioned with the help of the wedding co-ordinator provided. The hospitality assistants on the day were amazing, they worked so hard on the bar and making sure our wedding guests were happy. Would highly recommend to any newly weds to be!

The Rye Chamber of Commerce Summer BBQ meeting on 14th of June 2023 at Little Gate Farm was a spectacular success.

First and foremost, the venue itself was stunning. Little Gate Farm's picturesque charming countryside setting provided the ideal backdrop for a relaxed yet vibrant networking experience. The well-maintained outdoor space, adorned with beautiful floral decorations from the farm and ample seating arrangements, fire pit, music, bar - instantly set a cheerful and welcoming ambiance.

The attention to detail in planning the event was truly remarkable. The staff at Little Gate Farm went above and beyond to ensure that guests were well taken care of. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality.

Tracey-Anne and her team clearly put a great deal of effort into creating the perfect evening.
Throughout the event, they ensured that everything ran smoothly, The tours around the farm were a highlight of the evening. Their dedication to creating a memorable experience for all attendees was evident, and it greatly contributed to the event's success.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Little Gate Farm for hosting such an outstanding event. We can’t recommend the venue highly enough.

I’m a trainee at Little Gate Farm, and they’ve been brilliant! Their support in needed skills and finding me further employment was invaluable, and the job coach that was assigned to me was a great help in getting me out of my shell!

Fantastic farm in the countryside of Beckley, what they do here is truly amazing with fantastic staff, just drive slowly through the lanes as it's very tight and winding, that said it's so worth a visit here and they do weddings in the converted barn which is truly amazing

Work in progress! Little Gate Farm has come from the disillusionment of Claire Cordell who wanted more for her daughter than a life that traditionally was offered in a day centre setting for many years. After 4 years it has developed and continues to develop in a good way. However there is much scope for development, for example could be offering office training N.V.Q and English and maths as many people are failed by the education system and do not have basic literacy or numeracy skills. In terms of teaching horticulture there could be an improvement in applied skills and theoricial knowledge, offering more structure would provide a platform. An excellent thing is work experience is limited as it seems many places put people in for work experience for extended periods with no propects of paid employment. Having worked with lots of job brokers I know this too well. The environment is pleasant, especially more so with new toilet falicities. This place needs regular funding as to provide much needed facilities. However improvements could be made, the area's of improvement are not so much the premises but the staff. Many people I have seen in various charities have not such a good attitude about people with disailities regarding them as not able to work due to there health. I believe the main challenge for the future of LGF is finding excellent staff who will inspire and raise aspirations. This truely is the main challenge for the place, and without all the staff being excellent and of high quality mistakes and standards will fall. However this means that recruitment needs to be of a very high standards, and I was pleased to be included in the recruitment process. I also think staff monitoring needs to be high as people can often say the talk at interviews but they do not follow this consistenty. On a more positive note this place is truely one of the best places I have seen supporting people with disability into work. Keep up the excellent work.

An absolutely magical place. If you are planning a wedding 🎩 this is the place to have it. They have created memories that will last a lifetime with us and our children. The family that run Little Gate Farm are a charitable organisation that empower people with learning disabilities. Much love.
