Therapeutic sound sessions can have a wide range of benefits for our health and wellness and they are growing in popularity as a natural approach to self-care. Participants bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering and water bottle to make sure they can rest comfortably during the session. The sounds merge together to create a rich tapestry of sound that is both restful and rejuvenating for the mind and body.
Soundbaths are not generally recommended for people with heart conditions, seizures or epilepsy, or 1st trimester of pregnancy.
