A fun and energetic kids fitness class for boys and girls. Watch your little one learn the basics of balls skills, drills, circuits & exercise to music. An active kids fitness class designed to burn off energy whilst teaching co-ordination skills, control and balance.
Each session will start with a warm up and stretch to music and will teach invaluable skills such as listening, teamwork and taking turns as well as encouraging your child to interact and co-operate within a group. Boys & girls welcome.
