This is the underrated gem of Guernsey. Fantastic place to stay with with clean, freshly decorated rooms. Happy, friendly staff. Even though the breakfast is great, if you get chance to eat in the restaurants at night the food is top quality.

A wonderful welcoming team of staff, incredible food, beautiful surroundings and superb location. Yet absolutely impossible to sleep - like sleeping in an airport or bus station. Corridor lights only go off at 2.30am Noisy corridors as guests walk by and bang doors that shake walls and reverberate through bed head whilst triggering the lights going on and off all night. Internal doors slamming and creaky floor boards all night every night. No window coverings so light streams through the windows like a floodlight.

I haven't stayed over night, just visited their restaurants. The food and service very good and beautiful views of the town and harbour. Will be there again soon. They also have conference and meeting rooms available.

We held our annual 'bestof' awards night here last Saturday and we could not have asked for a better venue. The assistance arranging the evening was perfect with nothing being too much trouble (thank you Kerry, Chris and Erin). The food was amazing as were all the staff on the night, so friendly and helpful. For anyone wanting the perfect venue with stress free organising, Les Cotils is the place:)
