St Barnabas Hospice is the leading charity in Lincolnshire providing palliative and end-of-life care to adults living with a life-limiting or terminal illness. Our Mission is to ensure all individuals facing the end of their life in Lincolnshire receive dignified, compassionate care when they require it and where dying with dignity, compassion and having choices is a fundamental part of a life.
We offer a comprehensive range of services from physio and occupational therapy, through to welfare support and Tai chi classes in our day centres, plus family and bereavement support as well as our own Hospice at Home team of dedicated nurses who care for patients towards the end of life in their own homes.
As well as our Day Therapy centre we also have a 6 bedded hospice unit adjacent to Grantham Hospital and an 11 bedded unit in Lincoln for those with more specialist needs.
All of the services that we offer are free of charge.
