I have been a member of Life Health & Fitness for approximately 8 months and find them to be truly outstanding.Having been a member of several gyms across the country, Life Health & Fitness provide an outstanding service and range of facilities.
Specific attention should be paid to the staff who are knowledgeable and very friendly/personable; nothing is too much trouble and they are always willing to offer help, guidance and support. Whether you want to improve your fitness levels, get stronger, bigger or loose weight, they have the program and the time for you.
The facilities are equally first class with something for everyone, in both equipment and classes. The environment is ever-so friendly and caters for both men and women no matter what type of training you intend to do.
If you are looking to join a Health & Fitness club where you will be more than just a number; where you will reap the benefits that you seek; where you will feel comfortable and enjoy your training, then this is the place to come.
You only have one life and itʼs not a dress rehearsal. If fitness is important to you, I strongly recommend that you give them a call or better still, drop in for a chat. Thatʼs what I did and I havenʼt regretted it.

Hi, i highly recommend this shop for all of the bridal wear from brides to menswear.
The staff in the shop are lovely and very friendly and will help you as much as there can.
