Sales have been racing ahead at Redrow’s sought-after Sanderling Park development in Formby as demand regularly outstrips supply.
The Andrews Lane development, just a couple of miles from the town’s famous beach, has proven hugely popular since its launch in April 2019; and 53 of the 97 planned properties are already spoken for.
Many of the reservations are ‘off-plan’ sales of properties still under construction and, with forward sales in such a strong position, there is currently limited availability.
There are, however, still some options for people who want to be part of this success and they include the three-bedroom detached Worcester, currently available from £354,995.
