From our initial visit to the showroom to look at the range of stoves available, to the home inspection and subsequently the installation, we were so impressed with the knowledge and advice that was given to us. The stove is a perfect size for our property (thank you James for advising us against buying two stoves for our small cottage - we would have sweltered!) We are really happy with it, it works like a dream and your guys who fitted it for us were so professional and polite. Thank you very much, we would not hesitate to use your company again.
