Very, very helpful staff, gave us a lot of useful information and advice. We knew we had chimney problems and these were rectified prior to the installation. Andrew and Alan were excellent, and took great care in keeping my house clean. They even scrubbed the floor once they were finished!! Great service all round and will use again.
