So what's on in and around the Forest of Dean in the evenings....Well I do enjoy a pint or several now and again, and a great traditional pub suites me fine. Some great live music helps as does some nice nosh. The White Hart, Cinderford and The Miners Arms, Whitecroft are
both great live venues for pop/rock/blues/jazz/accoustic bands, not to mention their gorgeous food ........ The Bailey Inn, Yorkley, with their Nintendo Wii and live music nights with organic food on offer makes for a nice change. You won't go far wrong with The Belfry
Hotel, Littledean, and talking of nice nosh, The Speech House Hotel at the heart of the Forest must be set in one of the most beautiful locations in the UK.
Ok.......where else then. Who's got some more ideas, on good ales, live venues and tidy tucker.
Maybee, you know some other fab ways to spend your evenings in The Forest of Dean. For instance, film lovers, have you tried Palace Cinema in Cinderford yet?....if you ain't yet, then get yourself up there and take a look......Fantastic! just how it should be
I bet there's dozens of great ways to while away the evenings that I'm missing, so come on and let us know about em
